The Problem and Solution

European Custom Tailor was facing a few issues: lack of ROI on paid media campaigns, lack of user engagement on site and lack of fluid user flow on site. Wild Mann did an initial discovery of ECT’s web properties to identify how we can optimize and clean up their site before launching paid media campaigns driving traffic back. In the middle of our optimization efforts, COVID-19 hit and ECT was extremely impacted. We were able to quickly shift our focus to informing users that online and no-touch appointments were available to keep the business moving. ECT went almost two full months without a single booking or consultation, and the day after releasing our web updates they got two almost immediately.
